there's this myth about the japanese sun goddess amaterasu, that she hid in a cave until her friends made her laugh with their tomfoolery, and when she laughed she lit up again. or something like that, i don't remember properly.
just a creativity experiment, i started with a colour and chose a goddess after that colour, and this is what i ended up with.

I love the way you've drawn the face. And the elongated fingers, and the way you weren't afraid to use such a bright yellow. And the curls, and the stalactites. So much to like about this piece!
